The GALM STEAM Kitchen Program is designed to introduce students in Grades 1-12 to STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics) principles through the engaging and practical process of cooking. This program aims to make STEAM education more accessible and exciting by demonstrating how everyday activities, like cooking, connect to these essential subjects. Students will explore concepts such as heat transfer, chemical reactions, measurement, and creativity in a real-world, hands-on environment.
